I’ve gone through a lot of omega-3 supplements over the years and this one easily stands out. The lemon flavor is surprisingly pleasant and nothing like the nasty fish oil taste I expected. I don’t get fishy burps from it at all, and it’s so much easier than swallowing big capsules. It feels very high quality and fresh. After taking it daily for a few weeks I’ve noticed less joint stiffness and overall inflammation, and even my digestion feels better. It’s also nice knowing it contains all three omega-3s instead of just one or two. If you’ve struggled with fish oil in the past because of the taste or giant pills, this is a total game changer. I won’t be going back to capsules.

The quality seems good to me. I noticed an improvement in dry eyes after using this daily. For me it seems to work nicely. And it's packaged in a very careful way to prevent breakage. I've bought it more than once.

I happen to really like the Natural Force brand, and have used their MCT oil in the past - another quality product. This omega 3 fish oil is of the same quality standards I've come to expect from the brand, though the lemon cake flavor is a tad off putting for me - and of course the oil doesn't taste like lemon cake, let's be real. I'd rather they also offered an unflavored option, as I'm completely fine with tolerating the natural taste for the few seconds of time required to take this oil...the flavoring is extraneous for me and almost makes me not want to take the oil despite its host of benefits. At any rate, the oil's color is a light yellow/amber-ish shade, it doesn't have any strange odors, it smells fresh and as it should being fish oil. I haven't experienced any repeat afterwards, which I greatly appreciate...this is whether taking it with or without food, no repeat in either case. No stomach upset either. Omega 3 fish oil is reputed as benefitting cardiovascular health, eyes, joints, and brain health...really excellent nutritional profile and the doses of EPA and DHA in this fish oil are on the higher side of suggested daily intake (around 250-500mg); it also contains DPA. I think the price point provides good value as well; if taking the nutrition label's 1 teaspoon daily, the bottle should last 95 days, though I personally elect to take 1-2 tablespoons daily...still a good bargain for me. I recommend this product and will continue to purchase it, but again, I do wish there was an unflavored option!

So it's been hard to take those pills.. well this is nice and easy..tastes just like lemon pie...I will only be buying this now. I don't hesitate about taking my vitamins now. I have switched them all over to liquid and I pick afterwords to take them and in minutes it's done.

Absolutely delicious especially if you mix it with apple cider vinegar.

3rd party lab tested and mercury free, that meets my requirements. A little unpleasant to ingest, I follow it up with grapefruit juice to manage the taste. Fair price too, difficult to quantify how effective it is. I do believe non capsule high quality fish oil has improved my health, was able to get off my hypertension meds many years ago along with other lifestyle changes.

The "Delicious Lemon Cake Flavor" advertised for this hideous overpowering taste is not true. If you use this in a recipe all bets are off as to what it will taste like or even whether you can guess what it is that you thought you just made. Update: On their own this company contacted me for a full refund. This is one business in a million who has integrity and heart. Thank you Natural Force.
