The turner isn't flat. it has edges. if you are looking for a turner for pancakes and dosas, then rather go for a flatter one. otherwise the quality of the silicone and overall product is good.

Value for money

I use it for removing dosa, and for stirring food cooked in a pot. Iit holds a tremendous amount of biriyani. It does not harm your seasoned cast iron or nonstick pans. And it is very easy to clean- nothing sticks to it.It looks nice snd sturdy. Hope the silicone lasts years and years.It just will not scrape food or dosa bits that are stuck. For this, i have to use my wooden spatula.I paid ₹299 which I feel is high.Overall I am happy with it.
