Initially wasn’t impressed because the reviews for the portfolio scent were raving but as time goes on I’ve appreciated it more and more. It smells like laundry detergent but there’s some complexity that has to be appreciated over time. The notes of sandalwood and citrus are subtle but can be picked up as the scent ages. It lasts maybe a week or so and you can use more if you want the scent to be stronger. I have a small room and I love laundry day because I burn palo santo and the combination is heavenly.

This is a little self indulgence that I allow myself. I wash my lingerie, bedding and towels in this wonderful detergent. I can’t use it on our clothes due to my husband’s skin allergies.Someone gave me a sample as a little gift. I’ve used it since.

Smells good - not cloyingly sweet. Lasts a decent amount of time if not overused. In fact, like all laundry detergents/washes, one really can use less than directions call for most of the time. So if a person is careful, it isn't so expensive to use. Easy on the delicates. Saves energy because one uses cold water with this wash.The one thing I don't like is that Le Blanc does not provide the ingredients. I think consumers should always be provided that information, as a basic consumer right."Biodegradable" is meaningless without knowing what the ingredient is because just because it breaks down doesn't mean it breaks down safely for the environment. At least it says there are no enzymes used, because enzymes can be good or bad for our health, depending on what kind of enzymes they are! Since Le Blanc doesn't share what is in what it is selling to us, it's good to know there are no enzymes.Dropped one star for lack of transparency.

I got this because we recently purchased a linen duvet. It works wonderfully on linen, even getting out stains where my dog incessantly licks her feet My husband and I love the scent so I’ve been washing our towels as well as our sheets with it We’ll probably indulge in the larger size container when I finish this one. It makes beautiful suds (don’t use more than about 2 TB’s if you have soft water) and makes the house smell fantastic!! My husband says the scent reminds him of how his Granny’s laundry would smell coming off the wash line. It does not smell like old lady perfume to us, as others have said, but very soft and nostalgic. I bought the small sample sizes to try first before purchasing because of the vast differences of opinions on the scent. I realize that scents are a very subjective thing, but I recommend it whole heartedly!!

I wanted something fresh and clean smelling, for laundering my bedding, and the reviews that I read for this, sounded really promising.I initially only ordered the small size, just to sure that I liked it, but I ended up not liking it…I ended up LOVING it! This stuff not only smells delicious, it actually cleans amazingly well. I plan on using it for all of the laundry, not just the bedding. I was so pleased with it, that I didn’t even wait…I immediately ordered the large size. I don’t want to run out.

I have been using Linen Wash for over 20 years and it has never failed me. Perfect for cleaning and brightening antique linens. Haven't yet found a stain it couldn't remove. My go-to.

The linen wash detergent arrived fairly quickly. Im really impressed how well it cleans overall. I have used it in all my laundry loads not just the linen and cotton and it does a great job. Leaves everything smelling and feeling clean. Would recommend it to others my only dislike was the price as it is was fairly expensive for the amount of loads it will do.

This stuff is truLy phenomenal no doubt, “it is the best”. It absolutely makes me sick that this can be sold for double what it is worth.Buy it somewhere else, do not waste your money here. There is no linen wash on the face of the earth worth over a hundred dollars. Get real.
