The media could not be loaded. Having recently purchased the 1300W KOIOS Centrifugal Juicer Machine, I was initially impressed with its functionality. The extra-large 3-inch feed chute, full copper motor, and 304 titanium-plated steel filter were all standout features. It promised high juice yield and was easy to clean, being 100% BPA-free and even included a brush for convenience.However, my experience took an unexpected turn when I attempted to juice peaches, pits included. The juicer was unable to handle the hard pits, causing parts of the inner plastic housing to break off and grind. This resulted in an unpleasant burning smell, followed by smoke. I noticed damage to the bottom part of the juicer, with small slivers of plastic seemingly ready to come off. This left me with serious safety concerns, as it was unclear if this damage could potentially contaminate the juice with plastic fragments.I shared my experience in a product review, and to my surprise, the manufacturer, KOIOS, reached out to me proactively. They provided clear instructions on the proper usage of their juicer with different types of fruit, specifying that hard pits and seeds should not be juiced. They also agreed to send a replacement for the damaged part, specifically the 'feeder tube and lid'. Their swift and proactive response significantly alleviated my initial concerns.I want to note that after removing the peach pits, the juicer returned to its usual efficient operation. While I initially had worries about similar problems arising with other fruits like cherries, the KOIOS team clarified that cherries should be juiced without their hard seeds. This information was also confirmed in the "MANUAL-OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS & CAUTION PART" of the product manual.Based on my interaction with the KOIOS team and their initiative in addressing my concerns, I have updated my review. While my initial experience led to some safety concerns, their swift and comprehensive response demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and product safety. This proactive approach to customer service, in my opinion, is quite impressive.In conclusion, while the KOIOS Centrifugal Juicer Machines boast impressive features and efficient operation, it is essential to heed the manufacturer's instructions for safe and optimal use. Their customer service is exemplary, and I appreciate their efforts to rectify my situation and ensure my continued satisfaction with their product. For future users, a word of caution: be mindful of the manual and avoid juicing hard pits and seeds.

We are very pleased with this juicer. Easy to use. Not bulky, clunky on kitchen counter. Noise level is actually soothing to the ear, white noise, really. No loud voice talking over the sound needed.Juicing is an almost instant. The moment you drop in a fruit or vegetable. You see the pulp separate, and juice stream out into the small pitcher that came with it. So easy to do, I have two sons playing with flavors now. What combination is the tastiest to make. No kidding.Just a minor note. The top lid almost seals closed. But, you will notice a very slight "dusting" blow/ leak out on the pulp catch side. At a small corner part on one side of the machine. Not messy, but, be ready to wipe off some signs of dry pulp dust.Cleaning is easy as well. Not complicated way to take apart. Simply, pull down the lever, and pull out the parts. Ready to wash! And, the little brush that comes with it, certainly works for the blade as it says.We definitely are satisfied with our new fun juicer.

This juicer is good for juicing the juice is clean and free of residue and doesn’t need to be strained.

This is a major update to the amended reviews...after the first one of these juices I got had a common flaw other buyers seemed to have. When you start the machine, immediately upon startup, you hear this loud bang sounding grinding sound. So, I returned it, and they gave me a replacement. The second one worked for a while. I didn't not use it much in the years time but I had good luck with it, until today when I started it up and that grind sound came up and I started it up several times and that grind keep on grinding the plastic shute like the other one did and the same story other buyers said what they experience with this machine. Its been a year, so, I don't think a company such as this will refund my money, because I cannot use a juicer that grinds plastic in my juice! Its going in the trash now,and I say buyer beware, this juicer is a flawed design and I'd seriously advise getting another juicer, if you value your digestive system.I purchased this juicer and when I first turned it on, I heard a tearing sound where the chute hits the blade. I returned it for a new one and I am not disappointed! I got it for the powerful 1200W motor and it really grinds up those fruits and vegetables like nothing! Like any juicer, its a pain to to put together and clean, but that's part of the game and this juicer is no different. You get a bit of pulp in the juice,but I take a strainer and strain it out. I compare this juicer to one of those slow masticating juicers similar to the Champion Juicer and you get dryer pulp and more juice, sometimes noticeable, other foods not as noticeable. This Kios is way faster than the masticating ones, or any juicer like this with the spinning blades, due in part to the wider chute design, but its really the super powerful 1200 W motor that seems to make a difference with this juicer and any juicer of its type. There may or may not be a big difference in the taste of the juices between the spinning blades and the slow turning masticating, but its really not so noticeable. The big thing is this Kios has such a powerful motor with a wide chute that its such a monster that grinds the stuff up in no time!
