Changed the way I enjoy my coffee !
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, let me state that I have no affiliation with the distributor or maker of this item. That said, this is a remarkable machine, and really inexpensive considering how well it works. It's fairly compact, so takes very little counter-space, but at the same time, it's extremely powerful. I've had many espresso machines, but this is far and away the best. Firstly, it's ready for use within seconds of turning it on. Press a "one cup" or "two" cup button, and the espresso comes out with a rich, thick, frothy crema. The milk frother works exactly as it should. If there is one small criticism, I'd like it to have a larger water tank - it has a 900 ml capacity, but then again, I drink a lot of coffee.

Lasted about 2 years
This coffee maker has been so nice to have. It makes great coffee. The only thing is that after a few years of light use, it has started leaking water and now we are going to have to replace it.

Knob broke
I liked this product when I bought it. It worked well, easy to use. I hadn't used it over the summer, it sat in the same place it has been and when I just went to use it the knob if frozen. It won't budge. So...no espresso.

Coffee lover
I have a Nespresso machine and love it but also it is very expensive and wanted to have one that I could ground my own dark roast. This is perfect and being a 15 barr the extraction is good and strong.

Not as I had hoped.
This espresso machine is okay. I am by no means a barista. I’ve never worked in a coffee shop. I just prefer espresso/lattes to coffee. I did a little research before buying this machine and it really seemed promising. However, either I received a defective machine or it was poorly made. You can make single or double shots of espresso by just pushing a button once. I liked this feature because similar models you have to hold the button down until you have the amount of espresso you want. However, on the machine I received, more espresso came out from the single shot button than the double shot button. Also the temperature of the espresso was not consistent ( between 105-135). The power of the milk foamier worked well but if you are making enough milk for a double shot of espresso there isn’t enough steam to make it hot enough, so you have to turn the knob let it heat up again and then continue. For these reasons, I decided to return it.This is the 2nd espresso machine I have had. I will say that the espresso does not taste as good as the other I had. After doing some research, I think it’s because this machine has a pressurized espresso filter vs my other machine was non-pressurized. Most coffee shop units are non-pressurized.I do like the design of this unit. It is easy to use and the water heats up pretty quick. The steamer take a little longer, but not much. If you take the drip tray out you can fit an average size mug. Of you leave the drip tray in you will likely need to use an espresso cup or short mug. I also like that there is a water holder in the back so you don’t have to keep refilling.

Very good espresso maker
I bought this to replace the Mr. Coffee ECMP50-NP which I had for several years but now its pump is broken.I like this one much better because first its pump has 19 bar pressure, now I can really stamp tightly my extra fine ground and it still easily pump through it [ with my last Mr. Coffee I could only stamp lightly], second its auto-shut off single & double shot is a plus.I am very happy with this product so I decided to get a second one for my GF but they are out of stock so I search for the same brand and found the JS100 and to be honest now I like the JS100 better because it has the automatic froth maker which include the Cappuccino & Latte functions and these functions are programmable , just shell out $40 more and you will happy with the JS100 . Nevertheless, this JS101 is still an great machine :-)

Jassy espresso machine
My last espresso machine was a Rancilio Silva. It woke and I had to find a cheaper one.I have been using this one for over a week and It really surprised me.It is not a 19 bar machine but it is strong enough to give you a good espresso and a nice steam for your milk. The sides and back are plastic and the water tank looks a little fragile but it works well.Great espresso for $100 bucks!
