Darn good camera for a great price. I use it to record my bass fishing outings and post it on YouTube!! It does a freaking amazing job! Battery life isn’t the best but hey you get two batteries so I can’t much complain. I record in 1080 60 with not one problem!! I’ll be buying the newer or most updated version in a couple of weeks… Oh yeah,, AKASO reached out to me and asked was everything okay with the camera!! That was so cool to me! And they even sent me a replacement cover for my battery,, damn good customer service!

If you're considering an action camera but shying away from the price of the hugely recognizable brand then this is for you! It's a fantastic value! Pros: - great pic quality - great video quality - unlimited and readily available accessories - ready to use in about an hour - camera functions are intuitive - mobile app is easy to use The only "con" I'll speak to is in regards to the camera not being waterproof. Now I knew this when I bought it but considered the small burden of having to use a waterproof case to be well worth saving over $200 from the waterproof brand with nearly the same features all around. This thing rocks for the price and continues to exceed my expectations.

The camera reset all settings including the time and date anytime you have to swap the battery. The instructions do not tell you the max SD card you can use, on the website it just says "..." I figure 3 dots meant it could handle at least 128gb, curious if it can handle 512gb. However I am currently using a 128GB SD card without issue so far. Also, you MUST format the card anytime you use it or the files get all mixed up and it may not actually be saving new videos. For the price I cannot be too upset. I just use it as a safety precaution on my motorcycle if anything happens ill have proof of a wreck or other... The battery last about 1 hour 15 mins constantly running on 720p 30fps with screen saver active. The speaker on the device is pointless. The waterproof case is decent, no leaks while getting stuck in heavy rain. Also is can only record in continuous mode or in 10 minute clips, which there was some confusion online and the manual online.

Bought for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Great video quality and easy to use. Came with everything you need to use straight out of the box. Highly recommend.

pretty good especially for the price it is a great entry level camera. it is kind of blurry on videos but thats okay. I do wish i had that good looking sharp image that gopro and other cameras have but its only 40$. you can see in other reviews the video looks blurry, thats what it looks like even in 4k mode. I dont think its really 4k. Battery life exceeded my expectations and a single battery lasts over 30 minutes. id say around 45-50 min before power cuts off in 1080 60fps. I switch at 40 to be safe. I dont regret the purchase as I said it is a good entry level camera and I can use it as a rear camera if I ever upgrade my front one. Also got a choice of an extra two batteries and charger, a sd card, or additional mounting hardware. I chose batteries.

I wanted an underwater action camera for only occasional use. I haven't got one before because I couldn't justify the GoPro prices. However, this one is great at a fantastic price. It came with a load of connecting mounts and two batteries. So far it exceeds my expectations. The remote is sparse - photo and video on/off, but that it fine with me. I don't know enough about picture quality, but the pictures and video from this seem at least as good as my iPhone, and easily high enough quality for what I use it for. I downloaded the phone app for this. It has bad reviews, but has worked flawlessly for me. The phone app gives one control of all of the camera functions and settings, so I will probably use that as a remote over the more basic included remote.

Well i can start my review by saying I really like this camera. I'm going to also say I'm new to getting into video recording so this is my first one. I can say the picture quality is very good. I had to do some adjusting in the settings tho to get my videos looking good but after that it was fine. I ride with some friends that has GoPro's and to be honest the picture quality is about the same. For the money i paid for this it is just as good as the GoPro. Oh I only gave the remote 4 Star cause I really don't use it I played around with it to see if it works but that was all.
