Why does the a5 air silver model cost $20+ more than the a5 air black model?

Razor MSRP is $129.99 on either color on razor.com. There is no spec differences between the 2 color ways other than the colors.

For assembly, is tools required? If so, that kind? Please be specific, Thank you.

Mine arrived assembled and with instructions for unfolding, but not assembly. Do have a tire pump though.
