I ordered a tool fron OTR for detroit diesel in a 2016 Cascadia. Paid extra for expedited shipping. I already have a tool for PACCAR. It worked well enough but lacked any form of interaction besides plugging it in. That was ok at the price. Now the price has nearly DOUBLED in 2 years. When I placed the order, I had to go back from checkout screen to change the payment method and it defaulted back to the 2017-2020 model which I had changed to 2007-2016. I didn't notice and received the wrong tool. When I called to exchange, I was told they would have to receive the tool back before shipping another. In this industry, time is money. I've exchanged parts that didn't fit numerous times costing up to 2500 dollars usually just by sending them a copy of the tracking number. This is the second overpriced tool I've bought from them. If they can't appreciate the need for expedited service, they don't need to be in this industry. Also, they need to change the order page so that it is clear at checkout which tool you have chosen or create separate pages for each tool. It's too easy to make a mistake and overlook it.

Bought this item in hope it will help me with erasing DEF faults and get to my yard to fix. It helps only with something light as Nox sensor fault etc. Don’t help when it’s a short somewhere, def pump or dozer issue, ACM. Be aware, it doesn’t worth the price it cost
