Magical, fantastical, dreamlike, sublime book! Lifts the heart and raises spirits. Brilliant ideas, Love how the artist explains her craft (incl colour palette) with much warmth & accessibility. Love the dayglo stars on the cover, which I only discovered when I turned the light on. Everything about this book is well considered and thoughtfully designed. Buy & have yr faith in artistry heightened!

This book was beautifully written and the artwork is amazing. A book that will taken down to read and look through for many years to come.

Not what I was expecting in terms of an overview of Blue's art and work practices, but an interesting read nonetheless.

Take on an adventure to Beatrice Blue's universe filled with imagination and captivating characters! In this book, Beatrice shares her personal jouney as an artist and what inspires her in her works.I think this book is more focussed on getting inspired by Beatrice's experiences ((maybe more as an artist)) and not so much on the technical side - maybe if you are looking for a more typical kind of art guide that gives practical tips for improving your skills take note that this might not be the right book for you. If however you are looking for motivation in your art/expanding your creative ideas, this might be it :)I really enjoyed reading this one, highly recommend if you are into cute art/children's book illustrations and want some artistic motivation.

A beautiful art collection with valuable tips on how to observe and appreciate the smaller things in life while allowing them to inspire you. But the most important lesson it teaches is probably not to overthink art and simply to revel in the process - something I am always glad to be reminded of. A pleasure to look at and a book with personality! And it feels warm, like sunshine. That said, I found it just the tiniest bit repetitive.

The writer is an amazing artist but I found the writing a bit basic and soulless.

The book is amazing but the package is terrible. There is no any protection for the book and cased obvious damage on the hard cover.
