ZAGGRugged Book Go - Durable Case and Bluetooth Keyboard for Apple 11-inch iPad Pro (Generation 1 ONLY) - Black

I love the concept of this item and had one that lasted….well, less than a year. Got it replaced by Zagg under warranty but that one broke too. I believe they were supplying refurbished ones, so I bit the bullet and bought a new one. It’s the only one I’ve found that allows the tablet to detach from the keyboard and be it in portrait mode and then still connect via Bluetooth to the keyboard.The problem is the hinges on the tablet holder, specifically the stand that allows the screen to stand up and be adjusted to the right angle. They aren’t strong enough and if you use the case daily as I do, they break. I’ve seen other comments now and can’t understand why Zagg won’t fix the design as this is otherwise a great case. Hoping that the replacement that arrived today will hold up!

So I ordered this because I had the 10.2 screen and I loved the case. When I upgraded my device to the 11 pro, I found this case but sadly it does not fit the newer 11 pro's at all. I went on a search to find this exact case but sadly they do not make this exact case for the newer 11 pro.

First of all, I bought this for my 11 inch iPad Pro 2020. I got this case 3 times from a warranty and it breaks after like a month. A lot of times the stand would break off or the keys would pop off and you couldn’t put them back on. One time the medal on the case that attached to the iPad broke off. One of the corners on the case also broke off and the metal is exposed. The only thing that is good is the speed with the Bluetooth connectivity. It only took about 5 minutes the first time connecting it. Overall, horrible product.

I ordered this case and the hinge broke. It was replaced and that hinge broke, got third one and that hinge broke in 8 month. Company refuses to change it. DO NOT BUY THIS OVER PRICE ITEM IT WILL NOT LAST!!!

The camera cutout won't fit the latest generation (gen 3). Come on, guys. Get your act together.
