Starting back to what works
I followed Fit For Life book 1 and this one part 2. I really found this part 2 book much more interesting and it seemed to have more information. It could also be because it included exercise. Different exercise routines like rebounder, yoga, and stretching. Also included is a 3 day detoxification plan, menu and recipes. Along with a healthy living 2 week menu plan including recipes. There is also additional recipes to add variety as you progress. It worked for me when it first came out, I foolishly got off track, but decided to go back to what works.

The truth is the truth, this is a bible for us, wellness creators
Read dr. Diamond's book about 35 years ago. In the past 3 years, I have read it twice. With knowledge and practice, it is easy, joyful, and creative to learn how our system works and HOW EASY IT IS TO CREATE GOOD HEALTH. Truly a bible of good nutrition.

Great book, paperback print is small
I have heard such great things about this book. I ordered the mass market paperback version and the print is so small. If you have great vision it shouldn’t be a problem; if you’re like me, you’ll need the hardback version.

This is a book that transformed my life. I read it about 18 months ago, and I changed by habits since I was in the Fruit chapter. I became a total vegan, and I feel great. I must say that the change was easy for me because I was a vegetarian before. For people who are very fond of crap food and meat, it might be more difficult to change. Having said so, I must say that even I feel a great difference. I hardly ever feel tired. I have an enormous amount of anergy. Even my memory has improved. I thank the authors for the wonderful explanations and recipes. The explantion about fruits and about protein is the best I have ever read on the subject.

This Book Will Change Your Life, Especially the Food-Combining Theories and Breathing Exercises!
I'm a fan of several different Nutrition styles, and I also appreciate the finer things available in the food chain, so I really loved the various health-tips and recipes, in this book!

the type face of the book is so small it is almost impossible to read. overall the book is a cheap publication. yet i understand i paid the price of a USA published edition. i think i got a cheap copy.

This book can only help you change your health for the better 'try it'
I first bought this book when it was first issued.Weight was not my main reason for buying this book ( my weight flutuated within half a stone of my ideal weight.) I used to get real suger cravings, suffered with Candida Albicans and had huge dark circles under my eyes.Within one week of starting this way of eating I lost 5lb easily, I was never hungryand I drank at least 2 ltrs of water aday. Within a month my weight was stable, Candida had disappeared, and the dark circles under my eyes had disappered.I felt and looked great.I continued with the principles keeping my weight and health stable until a few years ago when due to personal life disruption I went 'off the rails with my food'I gained a couple of stone and felt generally run down.By this time I had given my book to someone else, so I have purchased a new one to refresh my memory with some of the delicious food combination receips to keep me on track. I won't be lending this one out!As I knew the main priciples of Fit for life having used it for so long, I started to use them again a coulple of weeks ago and already my life and weight is well on the way to getting back on track, I have lost 8lb, have more energy and I can cope with every day dramas without getting so anxious as well as starting to sleep better again.Who would think that by food combining I could so easily take back control of my life again..Anyone who is not feeling well or out of sorts,or your health is below par, I urgeyou to use the prinicpals in this book. You can eat most of the foods you eat now if you combine them the right way, it helps you beat the suger cravings so you won't want processed foods, you will miss live foods!You will lose weight, look and feel good and sleep better. It's great. How can it get any better than that.
