Does what it says it will
Softens and removes callused areas better than grinding. I use this stuff all the time.

Works well
After hip replacement one leg is longer.Finally got the right height but adhesion to my shoe could be better.

Helps even length of legs
After hip surgery my other hip hurt. This insert made the length of my legs more even and reduced the pain .

Love these lifts!
Love that these stick to my shoes, but don’t leave a sticky residue. Wore in biking sandals - when they got “groady” I just rinsed them off in warm water, and they dried like new - with the sticky backing refreshed so I could use them over or in a different pair of shoes. I like the clear ones for sandals, and can layer the tan and clear for dress shoes or tennis shoes. A game changer!

Decent Lift Support
These lifts gave some relief from pain, but the adhesive is not very good…the pads end up shifting in my shoe. The gel material of the lift adds to the cushioning comfort.

These lifts are great to move from shoe to shoe.They make all the difference in taking a way back pain.

Thin
Not the same in real life as on the pictures. The product is thin and I don’t see how it would elevate you in the shoes. Would not recommend.

These do not stay in place
These absolutely helped the leg difference, however they do not stay in place well. If I am walking in tennis shoes they seem to be okay, but when I am home in my slippers which I always wear they tend to slide forward. All in all, for anyone with one leg shorter this product does relief some of the hip pain I was experiencing so they were not all bad. I am wondering why they do not design these with something to help keep them in place.

Is a life saver!
First day in use they helped resolve my heel pain! They run a little small and look funny to put together but they didn’t slide around and were squishy too! Good alternative while my custom orthotics are being redone!
