We purchased the original stainless Thermos bottles many years ago for use on our motorcycles and have been pampering and repairing them due to many bumps and drops, my wife's last bottle contains pieces from all her bottles. When I saw these, I asked her, want a new style or what you've been using. She said, just like the one I have but new is good. Since I have given her this one, I don't think she has any idea where her old beloved bottle is.This new style is so much easier to put ice in, it's a larger size but still fits her cup holders in the car, top is more damage proof, easy to open, and she loves the little carry handle (which also protects the open cap). A very worthwhile purchase.

I love Thermos brand. I have several of their bottles. I bought this one a year and a half ago. With such a trusted brand I thought I would have this bottle for years but unfortunately suddenly the top wont snap closed. Disappointed :(

The biggest problem is, I ordered silver and got pink.I love the open flow top (as apposed to a straw or the little hole); you are able to drink more water. I like that this has a counter to keep track of how man bottles you've finished. I've had dozens of these pop-top types of bottles and usually what goes wrong is the top brakes or the latch mech brakes from a drop; that's the weak point. The design on this seems a little more break resistant than many others, but we'll have to see. The lock mech is easier than the typical, where you have to flip a hook up over the button.I don't like that the carrying handle doesn't stow away; it either sticks up or it sticks out the back. I think that is going to get a little annoying. This is the one thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star.

Disappointed. Does not keep the ice. Temperature does not stay more than a few hours. If it’s outside, it gets so hot to the touch if it’s in the sun, I could barely pick it up. Leaks a little. I spent more since my old lid broke and I wanted the “BEST” after buying some other brands. I’m going back to my old ones since they keep my ice solid for a whole day. I do love the flip lid and large hole to fill the ice, but what’s the point if the ice is gone after 5 hours (without drinking any) the ice is all melted and it’s just closer to room temperature. I’m a coach, so this is now my backup bottle. I’m returning to my old ones.

My mint-colored water bottle is sleek and functional. I got my girlfriend a brick-colored guardian years ago, and to this day it’s still kicking. So then I got myself one of these bad boys.Let me tell you, when I put ice water in this thing before bed IT IS STILL COLD IN THE MORNING. It’s amazing.Only thing I would improve, Thermos, is the opening mechanism. It can be a little hit or miss and the springs sometimes seems a little too weak to combat the suction. Therefore, sometimes you press the button and it doesn’t quite open the lid right away. It’s not a big deal though.TL;dr: It’s great and keeps water cold FOREVER. It does the thing, well. Lid could be slightly better. 4.8/5.

Thermos is always excellent. I bought several thermos water bottles, and all of them were excellent.
