YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW AWESOME THESE FAUCETS ARE! THEY EVEN INCLUDE THE TEFLON TAPE TO USE WHEN INSTALLING!! We've moved all over the country (job transfers), so this is our 13th home and we have renovated all but 2. Believe me when I tell you that we have purchased MANY faucets from major home improvement stores and various brands from several faucet makers (from reasonably priced to high end expensive).We liked this "victorian look" faucet and the price was shockingly reasonable, so we ordered two. (I am going to "attempt" to upload pictures - although not sure if that'll work as my laptop is acting up). BUT ANYWAY - this company sells amazing faucets! Talk about HIGH QUALITY... not cheap plastic parts - but solid and heavy duty. Each piece came wrapped in a nice soft cotton bag (the same kind of bag you get with your Louis Vuitton or Prada Purse - seriously!!). My husband said the faucet was not difficult to install and he told me that he's buying every faucet from now on from this company! We just moved to a small farm and started renovating the three story barn into a guest house, then we will begin on the farmhouse, after that, the shop will get a bathroom. Needless to say, we make many trips to lumber yards and those "home improvement stores"- but from now on we will ONLY buy faucets from this company - they are THAT AMAZING! Oh - and customer service - TOP NOTCH!! By the way .....during install, my hubby said the supply hose for the water was too short and got a "kink". I emailed the company. They sent four new supply hoses (two for each sink) that were longer and worked perfectly! And how is this for going "above and beyond"?....in my email....I also suggested that they might want to consider replacing ALL the supply hoses that come with their faucets - and include longer hoses in place of the hoses that are too short. WELL ARE YOU SITTING DOWN?? THEY NOT ONLY THANKED ME FOR THE SUGGESTION AND FEEDBACK, BUT THEY ACTUALLY CALLED FOR THREE REASONS: 1) to make sure we received the four replacement hoses; 2) to ask if the longer length worked to our satisfaction; and 3) TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY'VE IMPLEMENTED THE CHANGE TO INCLUDE LONGER HOSES WITH THEIR FAUCETS NOW! I am not joking - there is no doubt that this company truly appreciates their customers! SO.... bottom line..... If you are "on the fence" then my advice is do not think twice!! Order from this company and you will be impressed and beyond pleased with their faucets!! THANK YOU GOTONOVO FOR SELLING SUCH A QUALITY PRODUCT AT SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE - YOU HAVE EARNED OUR REPEAT BUSINESS !! Sorry this review is so long - I honestly RARELY, if ever, write a review....(I read them every time I buy something), but in this case the product just blew us away so I had to let ya'll know! Love this faucet. We’ve now had the faucet for two years and it started to leak. Customer service went way above and beyond to get us a replacement.

I really love this sink faucet. It does tarnish after a few years but that was to be expected.Purchase in 2021

Perfect and easy to install

Unreliable, very hard to fix, support does not provide adequate warranty coverage. Sink started leaking after a year or so. I reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. They asked me to pay $15 to ship the replacement part. I paid and a week later went to install the part. When I removed the handle I discovered that the head of the screw holding the faucet together had completely corroded and disintegrated. In the photo you can see the screw is completely gone. I didn't even touch it with the screwdriver yet! There is no way to remove the screw now, so I may have to drill it out. They used the wrong material to make the screw. I reached out to them again and they offered me seemingly random replacement parts, asking for $20 for shipping this time, but with a month long wait for the parts to be shipped out. They didn't seem to understand the problem. Now I'm stuck with a broken sink that can't easily be removed, for at least the next month. And if I want replacement parts, I'm gong to end up spending close to what a whole new faucet from Amazon.

Purchased two of these faucets several years ago. One started to drip. I needed the valve cartridges for both cold and hot sides. I emailed customer service for the faucets and they were so very helpful. They sent me thr parts I needed no questions asked. Just had to pay for shipping. I now have a faucet that works great again.
