Great pants that serve a dual purpose
These pants are a great value, comfortable, and perform well in hot and cold weather. They also make you feel safer when riding on the road. But what I like most about these pants, is that they offer the protection and comfort when alpine skiing. Just getting into the sport this winter, these are my go to pants to wear as I feel totally safe because of the padding if a take a tumble. And they look good too. The same can be said of the jacket. I have gotten many comments on their looks while out on the slopes as they look much better than snow pants which don't offer the protection if I take a fall.

Nice and warm, a little tight, definitely buying more.
The waist is a little tight, so next time I'm going to order the next size up. It has a Velcro adjustment on either side of the waist so it can always go tighter. Otherwise I'm very very happy with them! Very warm in the cold mornings to work. I ride an hour to work at about 30mph steady and these keep me warm. I like the pads are removable, as well as the lining. The ventilation zippes are a nice touch for my ride home when it gets warm. Comfortable and easy to move around in them too. Zippers work well and I love that there are Velcro and buttoned adjustment straps, helping the fit be just right. Fabric is tough but not too stiff and I like the reflective stitching against the black color. Looks great day or night, and most importantly functions great. Definitely buying more. I have the jacket as well, and the combination is the best. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality but not waterproof like they say.
So I bought these pants back in the spring. They definitely help with the cold down to 45 ish degrees Fahrenheit. Hey have held up well with and in terms of quality I can’t complain other than the snaps could be better. For the money they are great but don’t trust the waterproof they advertise. After several rides in the rain the legs do provide waterproof Ike they say but unfortunately the crotch expansion section is not waterproof. So after about 15-20 min of riding in the rain they will leak and it looks like you peed your pants when you take them off. So in rate then 4 out of 5 for quality and comfort. But they are lacking in the 100% waterproof category.

Worth the money!
Good adjustable fit (even for a 5’2” female, 135lbs, size small). Material is thick and the liner is awesome making it breathable in the summer. Pockets are awesome and most of all I feel safer when wearing them. Worth the buy!

Very nice motorcycle riding pants.
Would recommend these highly and just completed a 2600 MI trip with these on over the course of four days. Great and Colder Weather but probably not for temperatures above 70 degrees. Would highly recommend these down to temperatures as low as 32 degrees. Best temperatures would be anywhere between 40 and 60 for Optimum comfort. At least that's what I found and believe me when I tell you I Road in temperatures as low as 25 degrees Fahrenheit and as much as 80 degrees. So I would say that I have a fair assessment of them. These will fit anything and everything in the pockets. One reviewer said that the snap came off the pants the first time he used them so I was very careful when I unsnapped these because of that. Other than that critique I can only say positive things about these riding pants. They are made in Pakistan as well as the jacket that can be purchased separately and coordinates with them. I recommend them both and they served me well. ** Almost a year later still riding with the pants and jacket and can't find anything I don't like about them! ** I ride in down to 20° weather with them and absolutely love them for the price. I have gone to the motorcycle shops and thought about buying some far more expensive ones but after trying the other ones on I am still sold on these. I will keep these until they fail but just wanted to give everyone an update that they have been well worth the money and then some.** Also, I have had quite a few compliments on the jacket. I do wear the jacket in the summer as long as it's not too hot and take the liner out of it. I open all the vents and quite frankly as long as you're moving it's very comfortable to wear. Probably not something you would want to wear though in city riding only. But for highway driving under 80° f with the liner out and the zippers opened up it's just fine and offers tremendous protection.**

Amazing value and sturdy
Just arrived today, these pants are impressive, heavy and include some foam pads in the knees and hips but I'll be wearing hard pads in the knees with them. They have a zip out cold weather liner as well. Strange styling for dirt bike pants but hey it's 2025. If there were more colors that would be even better, I would buy them in red as well. Highly recommended at this price

Read this before you buy
First the quality seems fine. I have owned and used toher pants like these to rid in inclimate weathrmer on the daily. I will update this after I've spent more time in the rain with em. In the photos you'll notice that the zipper on the back that you'd attach to a jacket has been sewn in backwards. The zipper pull is facing your back. Not facing toward the outside, which would mean you'd need to put your hand between the fabric to grab the zipper to unzip your pants from your jacket. No this might not be a big deal to you and only time will tell if it will be for me. As I will not be using this zipper for the time being. In the past I would very much want to make sure my jacket was always covering the back of my pants. Given that I have a different bike now I won't be hunched over the tank so this probably won't cause any issues. The big issue I have with them so far is the fit, I wear pants that are between 34-36" in width. And most 36's I have plenty of space to appendix carry my weapon. But these pants just fit @ 36" so if that's what your after then perfect. I wanted these to be an over pant situation. I ride to and from work daily and I'd like to not have to dress all the way down and then back up again 4 times a day. If you want an over pant then buy probably two sizes bigger. Otherwise if these are the pants your going to wear all day they're a perfect fit.

Hawk stood behind their product.
I have to say that the value of these is off the chart. They are well made and have knee and hip armor and seem to have enough protection for the dual sport riding I do. I waited to write this review as mine developed a small rip by the knee where it looks like the material just pulled free. I emailed HWK support and they were quick to respond and sent me a replacement pair no issues. I ordered the 3XL in short (30 inch inseam). I wear a 40 waist and 32 inseam in jeans and these fit perfectly. There is a lot of adjustment available in the waist. I originally ordered a 32 inseam but with these being over the boot pants they were long - I returned them for the shorter inseam. The placement of the knee guard is just right for me - not too high or too low. I would consider these a three season pants as they are not vented and do get hot in the Georgia summer. I wore these on the Smokey Mountain 500 and they held up well. They are somewhat water resistant as I did get caught in a downpour and they kept me dry. I also like the velcro leg design for over the boot. The one minor ding is the velcro closure on the pockets is super strong so while you will never lose anything you have to use two hands to open the pocket. After comparing these to brand name pants it makes me realize what a rip-off the top brand pants really are - yes they have a little more protection and thicker material but not enough to really matter for my style of riding.
