I have nothing negative to say about these replacement pulsator caps for my Samsung washer. They easily snapped into place. The only question is will they last longer than the original parts? I will update my review if there are durability issues.

These are not well made you can see the paint came off and now the button clips have all broken off. Good thing it was a pack of 2.

It's okay the Chrome's coming off it fits It's been in there for 3 months and has not broke yet . But that's what you get when you get Chrome and plastic. Just clips into place without a problem .

Just what I needed. Great service and product. Fit was perfect

I didn’t even open the package and I saw a leg of the pulsator cap had broken off. Super cheaply made. Even plastic is sturdier than this. Don’t buy. This will break off your washer immediately.

These came in a two pack and arrived very quickly which we needed. The first one we put in the prongs broke, the second one we put in clicked in place and after three loads of laundry it’s still holding. They are plastic so who knows how long it will last.

I love that this product is cheaper than ORM Samsung product which is $45, it is $27 for 2 pieces, great value and it works fine!

This item does what it should. However you should not expect it to last the lifetime of the washer. Mine has lasted approx 2 years but keep in mind that it is just plastic and will eventually break. I just keep a spare handy. When installing make sure that all 3 prongs snap into the slots properly. I recommend.
