Great to add to the bottom of many shoes. They stay glued to and add more durability, comfort, and support. They were easy to apply and the size was just right and I cut portions for heels. Also, if you don't like shoes that makes noise, this will help out.

I recently used these for an event where I needed to be on my feet a lot in heels. They are also discreet and arnt really noticable, even if someone is in a position where they can see the bottom of your shoes.I did find myself having to readjust them a few times throughout the day, it felt like the adhesive was wearing off. Despite this being a bit of a inconvenience, the pads did do everything that they said they would do, they helped me stay steady on my feet, and I felt confident walking around, knowing that the pads were helping my grip on the floor. They were a definite worthwhile purchase for the day and did a good job keeping me secure in my heels for this special ocasion.

I have some old, comfortable shoes that I wear around the house outdoors. The soles have worn smooth and, as a consequence, if they get wet, there are VERY slippery on a smooth surface. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. I used two pads per shoe - one on the heel and another around the balls of my feet.They work splendidly!
