If this protective layer is covered with dirt and the surface cannot breath properly then corrosion may take place such as unsightly flash rust. INNOSOFT B570 is an non-abrasive superior surface cleaner to deep clean and remove dirt and corrosion; after cleaning away corrosion long lasting protection can be achieved when combined with INNOPROTECT B580 which can also be used for more regular lighter cleaning and continued protection by rebuilding the surface chromium oxide layer.
