It'll turn a potato into noodles that you can twirl on a fork and deep fry... mmm, crispy and delicious. I'll admit I bought it because of watching a TikTok videos... but it does what it's supposed to do. Be prepared to have potato juice everywhere though.

Good little machine. Makes nice "noodles". I had to add thick rubber bands to the dolly part of the machine in order to get it to cut uniformly. Otherwise, you are having to try to put pressure on the dolly with one hand, why you are turning with onehand and also holding the unit still with another hand. In other words, 3 hands needed without the extra pressure on the dolly. A little complicated to set up initially. Should be sturdier. Should have some sort of pressure to keep dolly moving at a uniform rate or a set of long screws that move a threaded dolly along. Although, the last option would only create noodles of 1 set thickness. A thick rubber band works pretty good for the harder vegetables like onions or cabbage.

I got this Vollum Japanese Turning Vegetable Spiral Slicer on Sep 2020 and never use, I wanted to use it today bran new and it did not work, I know is over a year but never it did not work, I can not send back because the time has expire, all blades and parts are brand new but it does not work, make sure if you buy it tray it as soon as arrived.

Paid alot of money for it to have strange imperfections in it. It still works well though.

The parts didn't delivery can't use it waste time.
