Other reviewers have noted that these scrubs run big. I am replacing a pair of old hospital scrubs in the misty green color. The photos show that the new Medium scrubs are exactly same waist size as the old Large. The medium top is also exactly the same as the old large (not shown). The cut of the new scrubs is about the same as the old ones. The 100% polyester doesn't seem quite as soft as the old 50/50 but I've only washed once.

These are comfy for everyday use but I found large to be pretty large - 42x42 lxwaste + if i had to guess.Edit: I'm taking away one start because when I ordered medium they sent me "tall medium" and I had to pay $20 for an alteration.

i list this as "fit as expected" because I am a surgeon who wears these all the time and expects them to be gigantic. Size medium is a roomy for me at 5'10, 185lb. Exactly right though, and love the material Feel like the scrubs that have already been washed 2000 times at a hospital. These are my go-to "clean" scrubs when not in the OR and needing to throw something on in a pinch to run to the ER.

I love these scrubs! The material is so soft and they fit really well. These are a little larger than the other Medline Collections; I’m usually a small in their pants size. Very reasonably priced and the color is gorgeous. They were packaged so beautifully as well. Very satisfied

Not so good material and wrong size sent to me

I ordered these as a pregnancy alternative to the BlueSky scrubs (XXST-XST) I’ve worn for 10 years, because the hospital scrubs are way too short for me. Knowing that I would be growing over the next few months, I ordered the XST and ST. The length is great, but the sizing is terrible. There’s a huge size difference between the XS and S so I can’t comfortably wear either.

The fabric is soft and comfortable. I do yoga, sleep in these, and wear them around the house. All is great, but the softness and smoothness have a minor draw back. The pants need to be rolled up, which is no problem, but unless tacked down, they will not stay put and unroll over time, requiring it to be re-rolled. All in alI, I bought 2 more because they are the most comfortable ones that I have found to date. The dark blue also stays clean longer also.

The notice stated to order smaller because they run large. When I ordered the large they were too small. The X-Large are too big. Color coding on the draw string might be off, too. Red should be xl. Not certain what beige stands for, but that's what I received.
