I have recently ordered 2 types of Moringa after much research on this much revered super food. What I especially love about this one from Double Wood is the fact that I can just swallow a couple of capsules. The other type I bought is a powder and yes although it is doable, it tastes like grass and you have to mix with something, I use water and then try and drink it. I've been taking 2 capsules at least 3 times a day and only for just around 3 weeks so far but I can honestly tell you I had almost immediate lessening of the pain in my trigger finger! I am so grateful for that. And just last night I realized I am not wheezing as bad as normal with my asthma. I also did a lot of research on this company and really like the idea of supporting the smaller company that really cares about superb quality and even does 3rd party testing on all of their supplements. I highly recommend this company and giving Moringa a try. There are many many benefits from this amazing tree! I look at this powder as food.

A few years ago I found moringa I thought it be a good idea to try the supplement, what I didn’t know was that it was going to keep my psoriasis at bay. I had psoriasis on the back of my head my hands are really bad on my knuckles forefinger etc. after finding Moringa I very rarely have any psoriasis at all. The back of my head doesn’t have any at all, Where is very little on my hands my outbreaks consist of sometimes the top of a knuckle and alittle on my fingers. Honestly, after a while you have to ask yourself, Why am I taking this again?Because someone says this stuff matters is not sufficient reason to take it.We don't know if it makes a difference or not because when we stopped, we didn't feel any different.Eat better. That will solve a lot of problems.Moringa doesn't really seem to have any real benefit that we can measure.

I had never heard of Moringa until a few weeks ago when my wife and I were on a Hawaiian cruise. The topic of arthritis came up at dinner one evening and I mentioned that my fingers were starting to be affected by osteoarthritis (doctor diagnosed) which was distressing as I play musical instruments, including guitar and ukulele. A fellow passenger at the dinner suggested I try Moringa and I ordered these capsules from Amazon while still on the cruise ship. They were waiting for me when we returned home and I started taking them that very day. Both my little fingers are still showing physical signs of arthritis, but the throbbing pain that felt like a vise grip around my finger joints is all but gone. The difference is truly remarkable. There's no way the improvement is a random coincidence. I attribute it to the Moringa capsules.

I decided to try this because I have an autoimmune disease, take the dreaded MTX weekly, and it has kind of wreaked havoc on my body. The MTX just killed my hair until it had broken off so badly that I had to chop my bra strap length hair to the middle of my ears just to get rid of the damage. I read about moringa and I am willing to do just about anything to lower my inflammation and protect my organs, so I gave this a try.I had to cut my hair off in early April. I started taking Moringa in August, I think. My hair at least 2 inches by late September. My hair does NOT like to grow. It took almost 3 years to grow it from my chin to my bra strap in the past. My hairdresser is amazed, and asked me what iI was doing. I stopped taking it for some reason around Thanksgiving and my hair started breaking off again, and my nails started breaking. I started it again around New Year's, and my hair is growing so fast again.I get labwork done this weekend, so I need to wait and see if it has helped my inflammation and biomarkers any, but I almost always feel good on it, and it makes my hair and nails grow ridiculously.
