Rings are very sturdy, they work great for my boys. I love the interlocking mechanism. But the bag ripped already. Still would buy again if needed.

These are very useful for training others who don't have a good sense of where their feet are. The snaps can be a little finicky to connect/disconnect but helps them to stay together. Multiple configurations. Highly recommend for trainers.
