This is the best aluminum-free deodorant I've tried.
It's effective at controlling odor (for my body chemistry) and the tea tree oil is very effective at preventing funky bacteria and fungus from flourishing on skin in hot humid climates. I have very sensitive skin and I'm allergic to everything, but this does not irritate my skin or trigger my allergies. I also use the Jason Tea Tree Body wash for the same reasons.I'd like to give it 4 1/2 stars because, to me, both the tea tree deodorant and the tea tree body wash smell like gardenia. I wish their apricot or unscented deodorant included tea tree oil. I would also be ok with their tea tree products actually smelling like tea tree.But I'll give it 5 because it is as effective at controlling odor as antiperspirant, which is remarkable for a non-antiperspirant deodorant of any kind, let alone one that is aluminum free, paraben free, and non-irritating.

Yeah it may not completely block odor through a sweaty workout, but that's because it doesn't have nasty chemicals that block your pores. The scent is clean and subtle, and it keeps me from getting stinky at work and throughout normal activity. When I go to the gym or play soccer I expect to get a little smelly and guess what, I take a shower after those activities.

Aloe Vera scent has a strong, fake perfumy smell
Jason used to be such a great company. I don’t know what changed, but now they’re putting all kinds of crap ingredients into these deodorants. Comparing an old deodorant I have from them, there are at least an extra dozen ingredients in the Aloe deodorant I was sent. The scent is disgustingly perfumy and sure enough, they are now adding fragrance?I will def be returning this.

Natural Scent, No Skin Irritation
The Jason Aluminum Free Deodorant Stick with Soothing Aloe Vera, 2.5 Oz, isn't used daily, but it works well when I do use it. I really like its scent, which complements my natural body odor. So far, it hasn't irritated my skin and it's lasting a long time, so I won't need to reorder for a while. Will I reorder in the future? Definitely.
