These are easy to follow instructions with detailed photographs to guide you along the way. However, one of our teens had difficulty. She says she needed more detailed instructions. We discovered with the twins that it comes down to the way someone learns. For one it was easy for the other it is taking time, the difference between visual learning and physically doing to learn. There are some patterns included and some creative ideas on different things to paint. One book, a little paint, some brushes and canvas panels has equaled hours and hours of entertainment for teens in the summer. That alone makes this book amazing.

A great book with easy to understand instructions. I never thought that I could paint but with practice I can achieve pretty amazing results.

I waited and waited to get this and when it finally came I wasn't disappointed. I absolutely love this book and everything she teaches! Easy to follow directions. Everything sets you up for success.
