Bought this as my usual face wash wasn’t in stock. It has a lovely rich texture, subtle fragrance and made my skin feel really soft & nourished. I personally don’t think it lathers as well as others but it wouldn’t stop me purchasing again.

Good value for money. Smells really nice and does clean my face. I have a sensitive skin and it works well on it. Would recommend.

Kind of a cream rather than a lathering soap. Good for someone who has a sensitive skin and it also leaves the face moist with the almond oil. Maybe an issue for someone who goes out and get dirt stuck on the face because of the buttery effect of the cream.

Great product smells great is very thick and good quality. Whenever my skin is feeling dry or sensitive. I go to this product to restore my skin and it never lets me down always makes my skin feel soft and moisturised.

Creamy, but not cleansing enough for me. It is very gentle on the skin but I found it doesn't easily remove makeup, sometimes leaving mascara residue around my eyes, and my skin doesn't have that freshly washed feeling after use. I imagine it's good if you have very sensitive skin, but it's not for me and I won't buy it again.

Ok, I’ve hit a certain age when you have to choose your skin care carefully. Once upon a time I could use anything. Now I find the stuff in my twenties (remember those days?) is no good in my forties. My skin either becomes dry or tight, or it becomes irritated. Thankful this Nivea facial wash does neither. It has a lovely silky texture that doesn’t trickle through your fingers like cheaper facial wash, has a lovely, yet subtle scent and it doesn’t leave my skin tight and dry. As this is for sensitive skin I’m pleased to say it ticks this box too. Thankfully, the price on here is much cheaper than the shops. So, you get a quality facial wash for the price of a cheap one, but with none of the drawbacks. Highly recommended.

This is honestly the best face soap I’ve used in my life. It smells of roses — a truly divine, natural rose scent, not artificial at all. The texture is incredible. From the moment you apply it, it feels like rubbing silky buttermilk into your skin. I’ve never experienced anything like it in a cleanser. It leaves my face feeling unbelievably soft — softer than it’s ever felt before. It makes washing my face feel like a real treat. I’m completely in love with this soap and will be repurchasing it again and again.

When I saw this Nivea Gentle Cream Wash listed and saw that it had THOUSANDS of great reviews, I thought it was superior to the Nivea Gentle Cleansing Cream I’ve used for years and is currently being sold on Amazon.ca for $6.99. I ordered it and, with shipping costs it cost over $25. While I was waiting for this to arrive from England I ordered the other one for $6.99 because I was completely out and wasn’t expecting this order to arrive for a couple of weeks. This product arrived 1 day before the other. I looked closely at the packaging, they are almost identical except the one for $6.99 is packaged for sale in Canada and has English & French on the package. Then I compared the product by using them over a few days. THEY ARE IDENTICAL!!! Do not make the mistake I made and order something I thought was superior based on price and reviews. This Nivea cleanser looks, smells, feels and performs EXACTLY the same as the $6.99 one. Even the packaging, pink tube with cute pink blossom, advertising almond oil and containing ‘Hydromine’ is identical except for the French. Amazon should remove this listing so other people aren’t fooled like I was. It is extremely misleading!! NOTE: This product is fantastic, as all Nivea skin care products are. Thats why I’m giving it 5 stars.

I am obsessed with the scent! It’s light and a little powder-y floral. The cleanser is thick and creamy and does not foam. It has cleansing beads in it that allow you to scrub gently if needed. It keeps my skin moisturized and I can use it twice daily without irritation. Nivea products are always high quality in my experience and I absolutely love them!

Good for people with flaky skin. It doesn't strip away your skin after cleansing.
