My grandmother knitted us an obnoxiously big stocking for my son that we love filling to the brim, these were perfect additions for stocking stuffers. The pieces are a bit small however, my son loves the variety and picks these guys up daily.

I am a Prek teacher. We are learning about animal habitats. I ordered these as the best deal I could find on Amazon. Packaging was great. 1. Cost: These are no different than the dollar store or WMart sets. At first I thought they were pricey. $17 plus tax. So roughly about $2.85 a set. So probably going rate for Family Dollar/Walmart. But honesty $1-2 quailty. You get 6 seperate animal groups. I would encourage to go in person to $Tree or competitor if u want to shop better deal, but probably limited to farm and jungle sets. 2. Size: The size ratio is hysterical. If you are just looking at bugs GREAT. Entire circle time talking about how the praying mantis and grasshopper and others are larger than the zebra, elephant and giraffe. Even the bat was huge. We printed up habitat coloring sheets and are creating our own play mats. Size ratio will either make it interesting or a challenge depending on child. Lol

Value for the money is the key! Some of the animals are odd colors and some of the paint is kind of all over the place, but for the price you can’t complain too much!
