Q: Should the package be saftey sealed?

I contacted Differin/Galderma and I was told that neither the box lid or the tube of gel is safety sealed. Here is their response: There is no seal on the outer carton, tube or pump of Differin® Gel, 0.1%. Although Amazon is a distributor of Galderma products including Differin® Gel, 0.1%, not all registered sellers on Amazon.com are Galderma distributors. It is best to confirm your order will be fulfilled by Amazon directly to ensure you are purchasing a Galderma product. Galderma is not responsible for products purchased through any distributor website.

Q: I read that this is also good fine lines and wrinkles, anybody notice a improvement in that area?

I've been on and off using retinoids for 15 years for adult acne. I can with 100% certainty say that it helps with fine lines, deep wrinkles not as much, those need fillers or protein building peptides in your serums/creams in addition to retinoids. It also depends on at what stage you start using it. I was in my 30s when I started and to this date I'm told I look like someone in their mid 20s. I also want to point out: DO NOT use it at the same time with any creams/serums with acids (BHA/AHA/Salicylic). It will cause chemical burn. Those creams should be used in the AM with heavy UV protection and retinoids in the PM. If you decide to include Differin in your anti aging regimen, start with a couple of days a week and work your way up to daily use. UV protection is a must, otherwise you'll get brown sports from sunburn.

Q: While using this product is it okay to use face masks as well? such as aztec secret indian healing clay.

Normally I love the Aztec clay (I like to mix it with honey) but it dried out my skin while using the differin. My skin is always on the dry side though, so if your skin is oily it may not bother you. You could even skip the differin for the day just in case.

Q: The box appears to have slots/comparments for 2 products but only one product, pump dispenser, was in the box. Should there have been 2 products?

it is one bottle. the packaging is designed like that so the bottle does not rattle around in the box
