I've been buying this dried egg powder for a few years now and the quality is superb.Each time you open the pouch there is a smell reminiscent of poultry...which is good! My cat is highly intrigued by the aroma as he thinks there be chickens in yon bagThe instructions are clearly printed on the label..one tablespoon of powder to two tablespoons of water...it doesn't always mix smoothly and I use a fork to really get a nice blend.Eggs are a little expensive at the moment so this is definitely value for money...it makes great scrambled eggs and doesn't spoil cake mixture.Summary....it's a staple, stable cupboard essential and definitely recommended!

I've used this egg powder before and was happy with it but then I accidentally bought a different one by mistake so I do have at least one other powder to compare it to.I won't waste time on the faults of the other one I'll just say I'm glad I've corrected my mistake and am now enjoying the superior quality and taste of this egg powder.

Definitely good in a pinch, tastes ok.The real value is it's there when you are in a pinch.For me it's just not whole egg.I find it is very yolky. Like the most of the egg white has been taken out.great if you like a lot of yolk but not so much if you like the white with it.I've tried frying, microwaving. baking. and cakes., every one seems too much yolk not enough white.But that is my opinion as I am fussy with food.TBH I suspect you need to get the egg white powder then add them together in equal quantities and you'll have an actual egg in the right proportions.

Not sure what sheerness means. The packaging could display more information. It gives a best before date but not clear if this is opened or unopened. The powder makes good scrambled egg with a genuine taste (ie like fresh eggs). May try the powder in other contexts eg cakes. Saves waste shells. Good product. Recommended for store cupboard.

These are the best eggs I've ever tasted! I know everyone has their own tastes (pun!) however, other people who I have given these to have said the same/similar. Instead of having to crack eggs, dispose of the shell etc, a quick, easy, and delicious plate of top quality protein is in front of you! Love it!
