I was put off by the price, but fed up of getting soggy feet watching my kids play football decided it was worth a go. When they arrived, tested them out by putting it on and turning the shower on my foot and what do you know, it worked.I was concerned they'd get sweaty, especially as they do have a slight crinkly/plasticky sound when you put them on, but they feel no different to any other pair of socks. They are warm, but if the ground is frozen they definitely need another pair of socks on underneath or you end up feeling like feet are wet even though it's just cold.

I purchased these as was struggling to keep my feet warm in long winter cycle rides. So far I’ve only used them on dry rides so can’t review their waterproofing. But as far as wind protection goes they have been brilliant. Size wise I opted for smaller rather than normal size. I’m an 8 stroke 9 and have purchased 6-8. They fit very well. Had I’d brought the bigger size I’m sure they would have swamped me.

A gift for my son who is a PE teacher and he loves them because they keep his feet warm and dry!

I bought these for doing outdoor yoga in the rain, in my leaky walking boots. I put them on top of another pair of socks and took out the boot insoles. They were perfect! Warm and toasty toes after an hour out in the rain. I use them for wet dog walks too. They are a bit pricey but I would definitely recommend them

They do exactly what I need them for.

The first night I wore these (dec 2020) I walked straight to a small stream about a foot deep....I have holes in my walking boots now so wanted to truly put these to the test....I stood in the fast flowing stream with the boots fully underwater and making sure the water did not go over the top of the sock....Yes they work!....I did feel the cold from the water which is to be expected and when I walked back across the field you do somewhat experience the feeling your feet are enclosed within fabric and a bin liner feel ! Yet they do live up to their expectations....I walk a couple of miles each day and have used them maybe 10 times now since buying them also in other situations where my boots have been immersed in water and they are still really waterproof....I will admit I’m too scared to wash them so they’re getting stinky but they are brilliant....to protect them I wear old baggy socks over the top of them in my boot to protect them from any grit or hard mud I may get in my boot....I wouldn’t wear them alone without boots as I have seen some people do in reviews in rivers as best to protect them from glass/metal/sharp objects.....but yes so far they are living up to their 100 percent waterproof-ness and I love them...
