does this ice bag leak even when screwed on tightly? or tilted ?

I have a few of these ice packs and none of them have ever leaked while I was using them and I use them almost daily.

How do you clean it? Machine washable? Does it grow mold easily?

I have not cleaned it yet but I only put fresh ice in it and then I pour out water at the end of the day. Turn it upside down in a big 32 of cup to let it dry.
