It's really cute!!
I went into this knowing what I wanted and what I was getting. I have a young autistic son who LOVES cuckoo clocks and this is perfect for him! It is not made of plastic like some other comments suggested, it is made of a thin rigid particle board with a sticker like coating on it so technically it is wood. It is sturdy though and small. If buying for decor it would definitely not be a centerpiece for a room but would make a good addition to maybe a kitchen. It works and the pendulum moves on it. All in all, I am pleased with it. I was not expecting a full sized cuckoo clock for $20 but for what it is, it's a cute little clock.

It's very small
This clock is very small and looks cheap. The price should be in the 10 dollars rage, definitely not worth $20.

Super tiny! Doesn't actually coocoo. Basically cardboard with a sticker on it. Makes A LOT of noise!

Should have read the reviews
There is no wood in this clock. I didnt expect it to be anything fancy considering the price but I did expect it to be wood and have a working bird. Nothing but cheap junk.
