These appear to be well made and the alarm is quite piercing. One thing that could be better marked in the listing is that you need to supply your own 9V battery ( like the kind that goes in a smoke detector). It says so in the small print yet there is nothing in the packaging that indicates it is shipped without battery. All it says on box is "Powered by one 9V battery"

It functions as it should! Don't forget to pull it away from the door when you leave It's really loud it will wake up everybody in the building if you're in a building!
