Great value. I take every day but it really does taste disgusting just because it's pure oil. I still would recommend though but do it before eating.

This is a very healthy and pure black seed oil also known as Nigela seeds, it's cold pressed and pure. One teaspoon a day you can take at any time, it is also good for hair and body massage, it is mentioned by prophet Mohammad peace be upon him that this black seed oil or a few black seeds a day will help cure any type of illness/disease except death, providing you believe in it, science also now agrees that black seed oil is the best remedy for joint pains aches and various other health issues. This is a good price for the quantity but I found the quality to be very poor. The packaging wasn’t great, ripped boxes etc. but that’s not really an issue. The bottles are plastic, which was a sign of things to come. The taste was terrible - black seed oil is not for the faint hearted, in any case, but this was a whole new level of gross. It actually made me wretch. It also made me feel nauseous for the entire day - so much so that I had to stop taking it and go back to my usual, slightly more expensive brand. I see it has lots of good reviews - perhaps I got a bad batch…
