Does your door close ?
The media could not be loaded. I'm very much in love with this product. The only thing is my door won't close? I don't know if I did it right. It dosent stick to my door tightly.. does anyone have this problen?

Use these for my many purses.
These are so great for storing my many purses. I love that the hooks are metal and turned up so that I can hang 2-3 purses on each hook. Ive attached them to the back of the door and they hang nicely. With the hooks being metal, they’re much more sturdy than the previous plastic hooks previously used

Difficult to assemble
This came with NO instructions or guidance, no pictures, on how to assemble. I will be returning them as they are of no use to me sitting in their package.

Flimsy Paperclip to keep on place??
The video shows this piece of metal n the bottom locking into place to tighten it and keep the organizer in place. I didnt get that. Instead I got a paperclip ...a flimsy one at that. I will be sending an email to request that metal piece in the video be sent to me. And use a sturdier paper clip or something stronger in the mean time. If I don't get the metal pieces my stars go down by one. I rarely review on Amazon ... BUT a paperclip? Really?

Product works the way it was designed to work.
This product I wonderful. The amount of hooks that it provides is great. I bought this product for my hats, but when I put it up I realise that it is strong enuff forsome some of my bags as well. I know that the website showed it as a bag holder. But I had one of these products before, not from this company, and it didn't work so well the hooks kept breaking one by one. So just wanted this foro my hats. The hooks are metal which is better; they are easy to open close and adjust. The only thing is you will have to reposition the adjusting bottom strap to face out towards you, and not the door. And that is really easy to do. Overall this product do exactly what it said and was designed to do. 😍👍🤗

Smh!
I set this up and there are paperclips on the ends of the straps where you tighten! Next it says 20, but I have 19, missing one! Smh!
