This is a nice knife! The craftsmanship is superb and balance/feel is amazing. I was hoping it would be sharper than what it is but it will get the job done. Since it's new, I don't know about the longevity of the edge but it does look very sturdy and will be sharp for a while. For the money, you can't beat this price-to-quality ratio. I wish it was sharper but if I needed another one, I would probably buy this one again. Also, the box it came in was very nice and very sturdy so there is almost no chance of it being damaged in transit. The one option I didn't see in the description was if it came with a sheath or not...IT DOES! It should be well documented but since I didn't see it, I purchased more. It's a plastic sheath but it's still decent quality. Overall, I really love this knife.

Perfect knife for removing bone from prime rib at Christmas. I even sliced the roast . Very sharp and well made. No complaints. Love this knife. I do wish it came with a blade cover, I see so I made my own.

Just used the knife to trim some deer steaks, worked excellent. Can’t wait to try it on filleting some crappie, bluegill, and perch.Very nice, extremely sharp knife.

It came razor sharp right out of the box. I like these knives because they are heavy and have larger handles. The blade has a nice shape and cuts well. It made deboning really easy and held it's edge.

First impression is very good. Knife is razor sharp and the build quality is great. My first use was a ribeye and it cut like butter. Even with the narrow blade I slice off perfect slices.

Super sharp. Great balance and comfort. Fits well in a small hand but also is great a larger male hand. Comes nicely packed in it's own box. Great knife.

This knife is heavenly to use and makes deboning duck a doddle. It's the best knife I own and I lust after more in the range. Honestly, I don't see how one could improve on it so it's definitely good value.
