The Jesus Storybook Bible Coloring Book for Kids: Every Story Whispers His Name (The Story of God’s Great Love)

I purchased 4 copies of this coloring book to give to my first grade students to go along with their Jesus Storybook Bibles. Best gift, hands down! The students loved matching the coloring book illustrations to the stories in the storybook Bible. The paper is thick, white, quality stock which is perfect for using coloring pencils or crayons. The 4 coloring books I ordered came well packaged in perfect condition.

I bought 2 of these for at home learning for my kids and now just bought another for me. We color them while we listen to each chapter of the audiobook and look at the pictures in the storybook bible. It's such a great way to incorporate the Bible into our daily homeschool routine.

This beautifully written and illustrated. The stories are about the character of God, great teaching opportunity.

My youngest son got this as a "first bible" when the big kids got their "Big kid/adult" bibles. Love the accuracy of story telling throughout and the coloring pages.

This Jesus Storybook Bible coloring book is very high quality. It has a nice colored paperback cover. The pages in the coloring book are thick, not thick enough for kids with markers, but quite thick. The coloring book measures 10 by 10 inches, which is wider than a standard sheet of paper, but not quite as tall. The pages go in order with the storybook bible but not all stories have a page to color. So, it's not a one to one with pages to color and stories in the bible. There are 60 pages in the coloring book, and in the actual Jesus Storybook Bible there are 44 stories. So some stories will have more than one coloring page that go with them. There is one short sentence that summarizes the coloring page. While that's good, I would prefer the summary to be in the form of one short scripture, or piece of scripture. Our children need to see God's Word whenever and wherever possible from the earliest of ages. I took off one star since I would really like the coloring book to go right along with the storybook bible. We homeschool and are using it as our Bible curriculum this year. We also use the DVD, which is awesome!

This is a great item to keep your little one busy in big church. It doesn’t fit in her Bible bag perfectly but she loves it! Plus it goes along with the book she has.
