That will depend on the threads on your block where the oil sending unit is. But generally I would say yes, it is pretty much a universal fit unit. I had no problems installing mine except I kinked the line. That was my fault, just don't get pissed off when your working under the dash... Hope this helps!

is gauge weather proof

Mine is on a skidder subject to the weather. Seems ok after 4 months.

How long is the probe wire

This is a mechanical oil pressure gauge. It doesn't have a wire probe.
