The process in a relatively high humidity environment has mellowed the elemental character of the tea when compared to young Pu-erh (aged less 1 year). The method of production is: The tea leaves are Withering - "Kill-Green" - Rolling/Forming - Drying and Steaming/Shaping. The Black variety has the additional step of "Cooking" (Piling/Heaping) which is heaping the leaves in a pile to facilitate fermentation. The steaming process generates some moisture, in the course of time the tea takes on a musty and earthy character. Pu-erh that gets somewhat moldy before it naturally dries is considered the best. What's why black puerh tea stored for aging. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1).Put 1 piece (4-5gram) Pu erh tea into a cup or tea pot. 2). Fill the cup or tea pot with 250ml/8.8oz, boil the water to 100℃（212F）. 3).Wait until you see tea leaves are extended and present an elegant look in the cup. Great Packaging!Variety of Pu'er! Best quality!
This is absolutely the best Pu'er tea I ever got! The package alone is a surprise! It is so nicely sealed in the string-pull pouch! What a great heart-shaker! And inside the tea pouches(yes I bought several of this order)--- they contain different style Pu'er: orange flavor, lavender flavor, raw Pu'er(best for the morning), ripe Pu'er(best for evening) etc. I am so happy and feeling so lucky to receive this item! Best quality ever!

Nice way to try different teas
The product arrived quickly and came in a nice fabric bag. The various flavors are interesting with the purple (peony flavor I think) is my favorite. The sellers are very response and promptly answered by question about ordering one of the styles of teas individually. I ended up ordering some pu ehr tea from them, which was also affordable and of qood quality.

Great tasting Puerh tea
Excellent tea, love the smooth flavor. As with most aged tea, a little goes a long way. Ancient Chinese proverb: first cup is for your enemies, second cup is for your friends.

The flavors are similar, but the tea is nice and strong. I enjoy them most when I have a long day ahead.

I did not get what I ordered
I ordered the cooked sticky rice touchas and received the variety pack, which I am not interested in. The wrappers are all in Chinese so I have no way to tell which flavor is which, and am, frankly, deeply uninterested in synthetically flavored teas. The cloth bag is lovely, but once opened, it is too small for all the touchas to fit comfortably in, so they are currently spilled all over my tea cupboard. Guess I'd better drink up.

Wow just wow. I’m a big fan of tea and this is a great buy it even came with one extra tea and a little bag The only bad thing is it doesn’t come with instructions On how to make them. But when I looked them up it was easy lol.
