Best set of needle nose pliers you can get. I use these on dead circuits (no power) because they are so comfortable. I wouldn't change one thing about them. Love the fins on the sides of the handles, they add to the stability of grip. When working on live circuits I have another pair of these that I keep exclusively for that, keep them clean and dry and inspect them regularly. These are my everyday needle nose and my hands love them. Strong, well made, and the dimensions of length and narrow tip are perfect.

For those unaware if the product description says "SBA" that just means the blister packaging I show in my pictures, and not the little cardboard box. The quality is the same either way. These came as good as I hoped for, precise even jaws that lined up correctly. Nice and broken in too, I look forward to using them in those rare instances where I have to handle or move live wires.

These pliers are worth the extra money, due to their great quality, and comfort. These are especially well with larger hands, and feel solid, as you'd hope from a good quality tool. Good buy

Best needles nose I've owned, saved me from a horribly nasty shock from 240v while working on an oven that arced off the pliers. Put a small dent in the pliers teeth but I only suffered a scare. Pliers still work even with the knick in the teeth

Echoing other reviewers: High quality forging for durability and longevity. Dual material grip feels comfortable in use and I’ve never had a grip loosen or fall off over time. Forged rivet is smooth out of the box – no break-in period. And the tool just feels balanced and ergonomically correct. In the early 90’s, I worked for a company that imported German-made manufacturing equipment and the German technicians had these amazing tool cases that I’d never seen before. When I went to Europe for training, I bought several Knipex slip-joint pliers and, when Knipex began U.S. distribution, I continued to add to my collection. While I respect Klein for their commitment to U.S. manufacturing (and I do own several Klein tools, including pliers), I just think Knipex pliers are on another level.

These might be the best pliers in the world. But even the best pliers are only the best at their intended purpose. One thing these listings don't really communicate is the overall size of the pliers and their intended use. These pliers are made for applying force to things, bending things, holding really hot or electrically charged things. They are not for sorting through your mason jar of teeny tiny screws or holding a tiny wire while you solder it. For that kind of work, I recommend the Knipex 3111160 Needle Nose Pliers 6.25 Inch, which may very well be the best in the world for those use cases, but they're terrible for applying force to anything. So just be sure to use the right tool for the job. I hope this helped.

I love these and they are my favorite pair of needlenose pliers. These are so precise, I use these to pull splinters out of my hands. They are expensive but worth it!
