Excellent first automatic
Purchased this after scouring youtube for watch reviews. I have never owned an automatic watch, and wanted to dip my toes into the wide sea of offerings out there. After more deliberation than a sub $200 purchase probably deserved, I ordered the mako 2. When it arrived I was shocked by how beautiful it was, and a bit suprised that it wasnt as large as I imagined it. I have historically worn a large G-Shock watch, so I am used to big clunky blocks on my wrist. The bracelet was easy to adjust down to fit perfectly. I did have to remove 1 link and then use the 4 micro adjustments to get it right where I wanted it. But now its perfect. Sadly, this has only led me to want more watches, so while I would like to wear this watch to my grave, I am now sure I will be purchasing more, and Orient is at the top of the list. For the money it is hard to beat.

Automatic and Quality at this Price Point!
Good watch. There is a model 3 out now for a little more. But I liked this one for the price and have been happy. You’ll probably have to adjust the band. I also use an auto winder since this isn’t a daily driver for me.

So far so good my husband loves this watch. He’s had it for a few months. He gets in the water and it has been keeping time accurately.
