Seggiano, Artichoke & Garlic Tapenade, 7 oz

This stuff is addicting. It's not a strong taste, there is not an overwhelming garlic flavor, it's mild but oh so good and addicting!

Yes, it's expensive. But the taste is amazing! It tastes almost like truffles, so creamy and delicious. Perfect on a pizza (with prosciutto and grape tomatoes) instead of the tomato sauce. I haven't tried it as a sauce for noodles or such but adding a little bit of it to many different sauces and dishes does miracles!!

Dump in a 9x13 casserole. Stir in pound of organic baby spinach, couple of finely chopped green onions, drained can of quartered artichokes, another drained can of organic black beans, cup of parmesan, 2 cups of all dente fettuccine, 12 oz cooked chicken. Quick assembly. Bake 40 minutes @ 350 F. Oh husband also put some grated mozzarella on top.

Really good, but the product has arrived with the seal broken more than once. Also, sometimes it is inside of bubble wrap and sometimes this glass jar is just thrown into a box with our other items! Those instances are when the seal was broken. I wish I could find this at a local store. Not sure I can trust buying it here after too many damage experiences.

Tastes like tahine, not artichoke or garlic.
