I wanted to find an everyday mug after my favorite got shattered after use of three years. Normally, I only have a few kitchen items I use often so I wanted to buy something nice for a long term use.The mug came in a nice pouch which could be used to hooked onto a clip. I won't be taking it for a hike but I thought it was nice packaging. The packet info brochure came with the mug was in high quality. While the information is pretty self explanatory, the quality of the packet definitely added to the "unboxing" experience.I usually make 2 shots of espresso and add a cup of hot water in the morning. The mug kept it warm even after a couple of hours. I haven't gone to a lengthier time to test how long the liquid would stay warm because I usually finish drinking it before a couple of hours.The mug's surface has a light texture which helps to reduce fingerprints from hand oil which occurs naturally. The brand logo is not obnoxiously displayed like some other Amazon brands. If you like black color, you will definitely like this mug.The cleaning was pretty easy with warm soapy water. Though leaving the liquid too long may discolor the inside surfaces, if you clean it often as I do after each drink there won't be any issues.

So I bought this specifically to use on the road with an aeropress. So an aeropress does fit in this, but it's a tight fit. So tight, in fact, that when it's hot and has thermally expanded a bit, it's actually a little tough to get out. This isn't a huge problem, as it's usually cooled enough to take out by the time I've cleaned and straighten up the other parts of coffee brewing, but still worth noting.As a mug all its own, no real complaints. Holds temperature well, and the lid feels tight and hasn't been prone to leaking. It's small, which is good or bad. Easily fits in backpacks and cupholders (those in my car, at least), but might be a little small in volume for some people.Overall, it's easy to recommend and does the job well.

Very well constructed for those who enjoy their beverages. Pros: The curved design is the perfect match for lips. The ceramic interior coating truly does not alter the taste. The twist seal cap is a great addition for constant temperatures and reducing leakage. Cons: The design will most likely not fit into any standard cup holder. The twist cap requires some level of grip strength and at least two hands. The seal will not prevent all leaks if just thrown into a bag carelessly. Overall I enjoy the cup and I do recommend it but reservations on practicality if design.

I got the smaller version, which is perfect for holding in the hand and looks sleek and unobtrusive. The ceramic coating does a decent job at preventing odors and acidic coating and residues, especially from coffee. The tight lip is a pleasure to drink out of, although I can't say it's really enhanced the olfactory experience, relative to any other cup, other than not ruining it with residual oxidized odors from previous brews. It fits the Aeropress well, although the Fellow Prismo attachment isn't that stable, due to the diagonal walls of the Prismo's filter basket. I thought that was a liiiiiitle strange that the company decided not to ensure its products are complementary, but it fits the regular filter basket of the Aeropress perfectly. Overall, this is a nice cup for making Aeropress into to prevent heat loss, and also works for single-cup pourovers, fitting the V60 without any issues.

I'm admittedly a coffee snob and am always searching for that perfect travel mug for that coffee. I thought I had found it in a previous brand but the Fellow Carter is a game changer for me with it's ceramic coating. There is no taste coming from the thermos at all. Even the best stainless steel tumbler eventually left a taste and/or retained the previous coffee buildup even after various cleaning methods. And the Fellow Carter passed another big test, it hasn't leaked yet as it resides most days at the bottom of my computer bag to and from work. Some have complained about the unusual shape and size, but I love it's minimal design and I don't put it in a car cup holder so that is not an issue for me.

I work 12-hour night shifts 6-6. I brew my coffee around 5 p.m. and it's still at an enjoyable temperature at around 1 a.m. However, I have noticed some slight leaking, especially when initially filled pretty full. No, it does not seem to be overflow from lid displacement. Also, its about 0.2mm in diameter away from being usable with an AeroPress, but alas, the diameter is slightly too small. This thing holds approximately 360 mL max (that's a smidge over 12fl oz for my fellow Americans). I like the ceramic lining and the thin lip for precision coffee sipping. The Ceramic is easy to clean and initially I was worried that the liner might crack or take damage when dropped, but it has survived a few bounces off the pavement and has a few dents- no problems there. 4 stars because it can't AeroPress. Your mileage may vary.

I cannot express how much I love this little guy. The aeropress fits perfectly on top, it fits a cup of coffee from the aeropress perfectly, it fits my hand perfectly, it keeps my coffee hot for a VERY long time, it looks good, and best of all, it allows me to enjoy my single cup of coffee over an extended period of time rather than chugging it like I normally do because I don’t want it to get cold. This means I drink less coffee but savor every sip of my single cup instead. 10/10 I 100% recommend this to anyone who brews their own coffee at home.
