These are a life changer. If one of these and a tablespoon of Metamucil and water don’t fix your stomach issues, there may be something wrong with you. This took care of all my stomach issues but you need to also be taking fiber!

Although expensive, this is the best probiotic (along with their Super 8 version) I have tried and I have tried most. I think I have also given most supplements know to man a try at some point for both fitness and general health reasons. I haven't had any bad reactions per say, but lets just say most also haven't really done anything for me either other then drain the wallet. This probiotic is different. Stomach wise, this stuff has been great for regulating the gut. I drink a lot of protein shakes, etc... and they tend to flow through one rather quickly if you know what I mean. This probiotic has noticeably helped eliminate gas and firm things up. I have also given it to the wife and kids when they have gotten stomach flus and it has worked overnight in those cases. This is also the first complete winter in which I have gone without a single cold. I have read of this effect in other reviews and discounted it, but I am now a believer in the whole "gut health boosts overall immunity". These are worth a try if you are looking at addressing stomach and bowel issues. They are my first choice, along with the Flora Udo Super 8's. Probiotics in general are one of only about 5-6 supplements I have found in the past 20 years that I can feel and see results from.

I have lactose intolerance, complex carbohydrate intolerance, IBS, and PCOS - all of which wreak havoc on my gut. I had my first IBS attack when I was about 19 and I swear I thought I was dying. Didn't have another attack until my mid-20's, but from then until I turned 30 they continually for worse - both in terms of severity and duration. I had reached my wit's end, so I started researching natural ways to ease my digestive issues. I'd been doing well using papaya enzyme and peppermint oil, but they only help the symptoms of you catch them very early on, and even then I was still having attacks, they were just minor. Anyway, I had my daughter when I was 30 and during my pregnancy my attacks happened at least once a week for my entire first trimester. I was miserable, and at my wit's end decided to try probiotics on a whim. I went for Digestive Advantage first and although they were ok, I didn't like all the junky ingredients. So I started looking up higher quality brands and voila! Udo's Choice. My life has changed. I haven't had an attack since my first trimester of pregnancy, and my daughter's 3.5. One small suggestion: stay away from Super 8. I don't know if they're just crazy strong or what, but those gave me significantly worse bowel problems. Udo's Choice Adult Probiotic, FTW!!

No, I'm not a doctor, so don't quote me on that title. I've had to live with acute digestive tract distress for a few months. It ain't fun. First you're worried you're going to die. Then you worry you'll have to live with it. This helps to deal with it more pro-actively. Some. It doesn't help immediately, but seems to be kicking in after 6 or 8 weeks. I liked the makeup of this product--it seems to have a lot of strains of pro-biotics for the money. I also liked the price. There are a lot of smoke and mirror type products of this nature on the market--long on promise, short on delivery, big in price. This just presentes the facts: It's formulated to restore some balance in the intestinal tract. Is it a magic pill? No. But neither does it cause any weird side effects. Life is returning to more like normal. There are still times of acute distress flare-ups, but this seems to help keep those periods to about 3 days at a time, instead of 5-7.

I totally agree with all of the reviews stating that this probiotic is very good. I was on the subscribe and save program but only during the winter and colder months. The product is shipped and apparently packaged by Amazon and they do not ship with cold packs. I would think that most of us who are having good luck with this probiotic would be happy to spend a little more if it was shipped with cold packs and kept in a refrigeration system before shipping. Most good probiotics require refrigeration to maintain the high quality of the good bacteria. I will no longer be buying this probiotic from Amazon as they do not offer shipping with cold/ice packs. Too bad because this is a very good price for this probiotic.

This probiotic was recommended by my midwife while I was pregnant with my second baby for overall health and to prevent UTIs (a complication I had with my first pregnancy). I love that they are tasteless and mostly odorless. And I truly believe that these probiotics contributed to maintaining overall health during my pregnancy. I managed to avoid catching any colds from my preschooler through cold and flu season. Win!! After having my baby, I have continued to take these probiotics for immune and digestive system health as I suffer from IBS when I'm not pregnant. I have not had any IBS attacks while taking these probiotics. Once I ran out and had not taken them for over a week, I started having digestive issues again. I reordered and my body is feeling normal again. I'm definitely a believer in the effectiveness of this product.

I have tried many different probiotics, and all seem to work well at first, but these are the only ones that have seemed to work for me long term, I take them daily and they drastically improve my digestion and mood, I love the difference... My friends grandmother swore by this brand and used them long term she is 90 and in great condition, so I will stick with her advice and stop trying all these other brands :) Thanks for the consistent quality product
