Bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandmother, since she is leaving on her own we wanted to give her something to keep her occupied as she only has a standard TV. Unfortunately had nothing but issues with the box after setting it up, the remove was extremely intermittent even after changing the batteries numerous times, if you click the arrow up, it will go down, can't get access to the subtitles on Netflix and to be honest it's just far too complicated for an older person to use. I would recommend ROKU instead

Awful, if it's being used for kodi amongst other things it doesnt support the latest update the remote is awful to use and navigating the web which you need to at first for installing anything is woeful and very time consuming, I've instantly bought a different model and lost this money as I'm unable to return because of no printer and cant leave the house in order to get to one

This device is empty. Doesn't have a TV tuner, doesn't have a proper app to install.The TV tuner have to be downloaded from internet ( don't know how) and installed .
