Looks great on my wrist and I like it but.. It is difficult to squeeze the ends together for close fit. I have small wrists and it slips upward. I think a linked one would be better for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been researching magnets and their health benefits. I bought this bracelet for me and one for my hubby. They are cute and sturdy. It has helped with pain on the hand I wear it on. I also like that it is copper. I honestly am not sure it will help with moving lymph and some of the other claims made but I do like it, and it has helped my hand so I would recommend.

I have had 3 of this brand's copper bracelets. I have small wrists, but prefer the men's (larger) size. The bracelets are flexible enough that you can squeeze the bracelet smaller no matter how small your wrists are, but keep in mind the (thinner, women's) bracelet will eventually break if you wear & adjust a lot. The other downside is if you wear for more than a couple days, you may develop a rash or discoloration of the skin, which I think is par for the course for non-hypoallergenic metals on skin. My recommendation is to always take them off at night. I don't know if it's psychosomatic, but I drive stick shift, and I wore 2 of these bracelets on my right wrist during a roadtrip in which I drove up and down the east coast (24 hours of driving by myself each way). I am 50, and my shifting hand and arm did not ache or exhibit barely any sign of carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness or arthritis, unlike the last time I did this drive. I recommend wearing them when your arms starts aching or as a preventative for aches & pains due to carpal tunnel, overuse or arthritis. The bracelets come beautifully packaged and appropriate to send as a gift without gift wrapping. This is the only brand on Amazon for copper bracelets that I have found with consistent good reviews and results.

Fits great. Ordered to replace one that had clasp that wouldn't stay closed after a month.
