I received the mask in 3 days, took pictures of my face the day it arrived, washed my face and began this new journey. Of course I was super eager so I used it everyday for the first 5 days. I did 20 minutes on blue and then 20 minutes on red. As you can see from the picture, I had an active acne outbreak (raised above the skin) but I also had scaring. I wanted to hit the active acne and the scaring at the same time. 40 minutes was a small sacrifice. Although there is a strap for the mask that works great, I forced myself to lay down and relax while I wore the mask for the first few weeksLED mask effective, showing results within a couple of weeks and helping with acne and blemishes. The brightness feature and ease of use with clear instructions receive positive feedback, and customers consider it good value for money. The build quality and comfort receive mixed reviews - while some find it sturdy, others report it breaking after 6 months, and many find it extremely uncomfortable, particularly around the eyes. I really like this mask. It has great coverage and comes with two types of eye protection. There is a plastic eye cover that allows you to see thru tinting, and there is a super soft eye mask if you want total darkness. I found that the straps have been revamped after the previous complaints about the buckle breaking. They fit nicely into a notch in the mask and are very secure. I also like that there are a lot more lights in this mask, giving me better coverage. The bulbs are very powerful and can be adjusted to different strengths and the colors can be changed as well for different types of treatments. I usually always keep it on the red light but I did use the blue lights when I had a pimple.Some people mentioned that it is not comfortable. It is a plastic mask...that being said, it does not bend to your face. I read a review where she put a cotton ball on her nose to adjust the mask and that is what I do as well. I usually wear it for 25 minutes and lay with a pillow behind me. The other day, I fell asleep with it on so it is a good thing it has a timer!The mask needs to be plugged in to work but I use my portable power bank and it works perfectly. That gives me mobility if I want to move around.Out of all the masks that I tried, this is the only one I kept. I really think red light therapy works and this mask gave me the most coverage and the most powerful bulbs.

This is only a first time use review, and I will try to remember to update after using it for a month or two.Pro’s: the mask has a nice sleek look to it and it’s very bright. It fit my face well and didn’t put pressure in any particular part of my face when I held it up. The instructions were clear enough and it was easy to use. I also like the storage bag it fits everything well and it is very protective. I did the test on my arm without issue, and about 15 mins of the red/blue light on my face. Without eye protection the light is bright but I was still able to use my phone and watch tv. The instructions mentioned the eye protection but it seemed more of suggestion than a requirement.Con’s: the mask is heavy. Sitting up with it on without holding on to it means it’s sits heavy on my nose. Laying down is better. The face straps are terrible. They don’t snap into place and stay they just slide and you have to hold pressure to keep them in. It took me a bit to figure out how to get all four pieces in and have them stay to get it on my face. One or two popped out even when it was in place a couple times. Once you get them in place and the mask is on it’s still a bit too heavy to feel comfortable.All together, it seems like a very well made mask that could use some design changes. I am more interested in how well it works in the long run.Update:After using it pretty consistently for a month I really like this mask. My complexion is greatly improved and my color more consistent. I didn’t use the mask for a series of days and I developed a deep cystic blemish. Once I started using the mask again it greatly improved within two days. Once healed the mask also helped greatly with acne scarring. For acne I would say this is a potential game changer. I think I have seen a slight improvement in wrinkles and fine lines but I would assume I would need longer to truly know.

Much more comfortable than any other mask I've tried. It works well and is very comfortable. The mask is not heavy and does not come off. It's great! I use it every day. Great product! Great value for money. After using it, my skin feels warm, fresh and comfortable.
