Really vibrant and large letters

Was so pretty for glow in dark party for my daughters party. Was big and bright and sturdy; lit up bright under the UV light.

The garlands look very bright even without the blacklight. They look awesome once you turn on the blacklight. I thought the stars and circles would be made out of a sturdier material but it's only paper. Be careful when you take the stars out of the package because they get tangled very easily. Overall awesome decor for the price that I paid.

This was a great banner for my daughter's Neon glow party! I loved how large and bright the letters are. It was a little pricey considering it is a little on the flimsy side, but I was able to pack it up to reuse it again for another party. I recommend this!!
