I measured my arm and used the chart. In other brands I use a medium. I ordered a large, but it is small from the elbow up. Very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for.

So nothing is wrong with the items themselves, but I ordered two identical sleeves and received two very different ones, I’ve also had a hard time explaining this to Amazon and getting a replacement. As you can see in the photo one is much longer, about 3 inches and the shorter one is about 2 inches wider, this is unacceptable for compression, especially if used for surgery. They shouldn’t be advertising, labeling, Naming items the same thing when they are clearly different, they are even different in color, texture, and the thinner one that is longer has a green line on top, clearly different overall.

I like the support and it was comfortable for hours.

Fits properly and not too tight

Sleeves are very narrow for arms with no dimension.A heavier stiffer material than other sleeves.

My mom was very happy wit the fit, compression and material of the sleeve.

I follow the size chart and measure my arm and order a large sleeve. What I got in the mail feels like an xs. Couldn't even use it. If you buy it go a size or 2 up.
