These are easy to install in scrapbooks and replace the hard to use screws, which makes it so much easier to install extra pages, or to rearrange them if needed. I have used them for a couple of years now and not had one get loose over time.

I saw this at a local craft store for about $6. I needed to fix a scrapbook into which I had put too many pages...probably 60. I had used 4 of the little expandable posts on this scrapbook and they were not holding well. The conversion kit did just what it said...replaced them and held better. Now, instead of breaking my vacation pictures up into multiple books (at a cost of about $25 per additional album), I can use these conversion kits and put all the pictures in one albumThe directions on the card are poor, but I found a YouTube video that showed how to use them. It is actually pretty easy once you know how to do it.

These are great to replace posts and will expand even further than any posts I’ve seen.

I Only give 4 stars for installation because the package instructions seemed vague to me. I Would advise watching videos from other users. You can see that it is much easier to install once you understand the concept. The 3m adhesion seems sufficient, but I only give 4 stars because I can't predict how long they will hold up. I really like the result so far. The album I used it on is an older family portrait album which needs updating, and I believe this will make it much easier to move or add things . I am pleased so far, and will probably purchase more.

Someone needs an award for this one! I've been "journaling" my many generations of family photos over the last 4-6 years and initially expanded my albums with those awful metal screw-together posts! Needless to say, they are NOT as stable as purported to be when you get very many of them "stacked" together. This new system is PERFECT! No more re-assembling over and over as your albums expand, and fighting the slippery pages to stay in line while you line up the holes and feed the posts in. One stab with the "zip tie" type of unit an it's done. Love it. The instructions could be a little more explicit because the whole concept is so simple that the "basics" of things like...."fold both of the covers back and open the flaps" gets overlooked. But all in all a great new product. I hope that over time the plastic doesn't disintegrate like most "plasteeks" do.

I Used Them for adding scrapbook pages. Much easier than screws. I will be ordering more. I have done many scrapbooks & some of them need extra pages. I can’t find these anymore in hobby or scrapbook stores, so I’m so glad you carry them now.

I just completed 5-6 scrapbooks for each child, and they are huge. These work so much better than adding posts. Easy to install, and so easy to add additional pages.
