Great for little kids
As a parent, I’ve been searching for tools to help my child develop emotional resilience and self-awareness. The Happy Confident Me Journal has been a wonderful discovery. Designed for children aged 6–12, this beautifully illustrated journal offers a structured daily routine that encourages gratitude, mindfulness, and positive thinking. Each day includes four reflective questions, a free space for drawing or writing, and a weekly activity that reinforces key life skills like resilience and self-acceptance. The inclusion of the FEELIT® mapper at the back of the journal has been particularly helpful in aiding my child to articulate and understand their emotions. What I appreciate most is how this journal fosters open communication between us. It has become a cherished part of our nightly routine, and I’ve noticed my child becoming more confident and expressive. It’s not just a journal; it’s a tool that nurtures emotional growth and well-being.

Brilliantly helpful!
This little book is really helping my son to navigate his feelings and feel more positive. It's also a great record to share with others about how he is feeling as he is having school related difficulties.the space for pictures is really helpful as he uses this to go over situations that have happened or that he wishes he could do.

A Wonderful Tool for Building Confidence and Managing Anxiety!
The HAPPY CONFIDENT ME Daily Journal has been an absolute game changer for my daughter. She’s struggled with confidence and anxiety, and this journal has given her a simple, positive way to express her thoughts and feelings. Each day, the prompts encourage her to reflect on the things she’s grateful for, which has really helped shift her mindset to focus on the positives. The growth mindset activities are fantastic for boosting her self-esteem and resilience. It’s been amazing to see her start to believe in herself more and develop a more positive outlook. The mindfulness exercises have also been a great tool for calming her anxious moments, giving her practical ways to manage stress. What I love most is how easy it is for her to use. It’s designed in a way that’s fun and engaging, so she enjoys filling it out each day. It’s really helped her feel more in control of her emotions, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in her overall happiness and confidence. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, empowering way to support your child’s mental well-being, I can’t recommend this journal enough! It’s truly been a fantastic tool for us.

Great for any child
I purchased this daily journal as I wanted a book that would help my nephew express himself better and thought I could support him with expressing it through a daily journal/writing-I think it is a great book for any child.I asked my sister for some thoughts on it (as she will be completely the book with my nephew) and she gave me the below:The introduction talks all about feelings and emotions in order to aid children understand emotions better and making them more aware. It also has a website where you can ‘test’ your happiness & confidence which is a great addition that I feel all children would like.It has a bee as a character (that is supposed to represent a person but uses a bee to be more child friendly.)It has clear instructions in the introduction of how the book is supposed to be used and how you can ‘write your own story.’It also has top tips at the bottom of the page so each page is filled with different attributes- what I will say is that although it is structured, it is not structured in a way that for example a school book is, instead it’s very laid back and allows the child to really make it their own. Each day they are able to write how they feel as well as what went well that day and what they would like to try tomorrow. Furthermore, it also has a separate page where they can ‘doodle or draw’ with the bee having quotations on each page enforcing positivity. At the end of the week it has a weekly activity page, making a list of all the positive things that have happened that week and what you appreciate about yourself and others. The journal itself last for approx 10 weeks (if I’ve done my maths correctly) I feel that the majority of children would benefit from this! I would highly recommend as I feel it’s a brilliant book.

Excellent
I bought this based on a recommendation from a friend who had got one for their child and I'm so glad I bought it!My daughter has become anxious lately and she is only 5..we thought this would be a great addition to her bed time routine and now its something we all look forward to doing at the end of the day. My daughter has time to express how she has felt throughout the day and equally we can help her process her feelings too. I believe this helps get children in to a healthy mind set of being able to talk freely and openly about how they feel.
